the site is easy to navigate to find the products you're looking for, as well as the colors. Bath tracking requests are taken into account and honored whenever possible. Orders are processed and shipped very quickly. Not to mention the quality of the wool and its ease of knitting and/or crocheting for a very fair price. I highly recommend this site
