Wool that met my expectations. However, the package was too small to fit in the letterbox. I had to take a cutter, pull out the wool...and crush the box to get it out! What's the point? You might as well pick up the package at the post office, it's more correct. Very expensive shipping costs.

Impossible to reach them on the phone, 27 unanswered calls, 1 week to be delivered, the package was a shoe box closed with brown moving tape, no invoice, no label on the wool that allows to have the quality of wool and characteristics.
