I order two batches of balls on clearance. Two weeks later, I'm told they've run out. Whereas 5 days earlier I was told that they would be sent within the week. And finally, the balls I took instead of the original ones cost 4 euros less and nobody offered me a refund or voucher.

First of all, we are sincerely sorry that we were unable to offer you satisfaction during your experience on our site and we totally understand your dissatisfaction. A few weeks ago, we had a computer problem that affected our stock management and, unfortunately, your order.

We will of course reimburse you for the difference between the products you originally ordered and those you actually received. This was an unfortunate oversight on our part, for which we apologize once again. We've just e-mailed you about the matter.
