Also, depending on the screen, colors may not appear the same for everyone. We are very sorry about this situation and this inconvenience, which is totally beyond our control. We handed over your parcel to Mondial Relay on December 4 for delivery. We have no idea what could have happened with the carrier and your parcel to make it take so long to arrive. According to our information, your parcel finally arrived at your relay point today (15/12/2023). We're as sorry as you are and understand your dissatisfaction. We will inform Mondial Relay.

We're sorry to read that you weren't fully satisfied with one of our products, and we understand your misunderstanding. However, it is clearly stated on the product sheet that the kits include the balls and the technical data sheet, and that the accessories are optional (which also explains the low price of most of our kits). We made this choice to leave our customers free to choose whether or not to buy needles or hooks, because some of them already own these accessories and don't feel the need to buy new ones. The aim is to be able to compose the kit according to your needs.

What's more, when we exchanged messages, you clearly indicated that you hadn't ticked the box to add the hook to your kit (which we checked when we looked at your order). So you understand that we can't send you this product free of charge if you didn't select it when you placed your order. Based on your comment, we'll try to notify you otherwise that accessories are optional, to clear up any future misunderstandings.
