Beautiful wools. Fast and careful delivery. I appreciate the spirit of commitment to the planet with the reuse of old cardboard boxes. I think the 50€ for free delivery is too high.

very fast delivery, parcel in very good condition, so I was able to start very quickly on the cardigan I wanted to knit with the red yarn, but to my great surprise, the yarn was almost broken in the ball I used...bad luck, no doubt, as I've ordered a lot before without any problems. I'll be sticking with this store though.

I had ordered several balls of wool which arrived in very good condition, only the packaging was deplorable. An old shoebox, completely damaged, worn out and even with holes in places. The packaging showed a great lack of care.

However, we can assure you that the parcels are sent from our premises in very good condition (despite being reused packaging). Unfortunately, the delivery services provided by La Poste or Mondial Relay sometimes damage parcels. Fortunately, in this case, the products were not damaged. I really like the site which gives me access to a good choice, unfortunately on my last order the blue I received did not match the comet white horse, I was expecting a darker blue, the rest is fine. Systematically writing the color would be excellent.
