Very good value for money and fast, careful delivery, my evaluation is missing 1 star because of a detail: the number of stitches and rows for the 10 cm2 sample does not appear on the strip of Deluxe Annel wool and on the site, it is wrong (you have to double the number of rows indicated to have 10 cm) I reported it and I think it should be corrected. These indications are necessary because the yarns are sold without explanations and knitting patterns. I recommend this site.

For some types of wool, it is a pity that the quantity of balls required is not mentioned.

Beautiful colors and very consistent with the site. Attractive price. Unfortunately, as I've already read in previous reviews, the thread splits very regularly. In this case I prefer to pay a little more and not have this inconvenience.

I liked it, but I was a bit disappointed because there may not be enough information on the site, or at least details, about the product. Otherwise, I've had big problems with older orders, in particular a skein that wasn't properly tied, so it was impossible to use.

Simple, well-designed site. Fast delivery

On this order, there was a delivery error, which was quickly rectified. I sent the wrong wool back by post. Otherwise, on the history of other orders, everything was very professional and efficient.

I have received what I ordered, but there is no delivery note and the delivery charges are very high, in fact I have to pay 6 euros for a 600 gram parcel to be delivered to a relay point whereas Mondial Relay advertises on its site 4.90 euros for delivery to a relay point or to the home. My order was noted as sent on July 12, but I received it on July 25. If you want home delivery you have to pay 8 euros, I think that's excessive, you should negotiate your rates with Mondial Relay because other delivery companies charge much less.Otherwise the wool is pretty and seems to be of good quality but I don't think I'll order from your site again unless you lower your delivery charges.

Plenty of choice

We manage to finalize orders, but it's sometimes a bit complicated if you want to move fast.

It's hard to search the site to find exactly what you want. My mother's missing balls were hard to find.
The wool is of very good quality.
Delivery was a big black mark on my experience with the site. The order took a long time to arrive.
My first experience of ordering was bad enough, which is why I can only give it 3 stars.

I really like la lainière de Wazemmes, I find superb wools at very reasonable prices. On the other hand, you need time to order, the site is not very practical and the pages take a long time to open.

The color of one of the wools does not match the color shown on the website. As soon as I received the parcel, I contacted La Lainière but got no answer.

Good value for money. Good communication and fast shipping. On the other hand, for the second time I received the packages in recycled cardboard - shoe box and cardboard with Chinese writing on it. I find this unprofessional.

Easy to order, the design of the site is a bit old-fashioned but it works.

Good quality wool, nice and pretty. The only problem is that I ordered 8/9 needles and received 6/7. I don't want to bother sending it back, so I'm changing my plans. I wouldn't recommend it. I thought I'd found the right site for my orders...too bad!
