I am a new customer. The parcel arrived quickly, on the date indicated. I chose your company because of the speed of delivery and the choice offered.
The wool seems to be of good quality. It's soft to the touch. I haven't started my work yet.
I took off two stars because I was very surprised by the packaging: a soberly taped shoebox for boots. It was damaged, perhaps from shipping. I'm all for saving money, but not at the expense of protecting wool, especially when the box lid has two holes big enough to see inside.A simple sheet of wrapping paper around this box would have been enough for better protection. This is not entirely in keeping with your advertising, and my name was not on the label. Only my address and phone number were on the label, which is how my janitor, who received the package, was able to find me. (He wouldn't have gone round the 400 apartments in my residence). I knit a lot, so I hope I won't have this problem again if I recommend you.

although the prices are attractive, it is 2 times that the delivery time is long because of restocking by your services, it was not at the very beginning of the orders to be watched

The only downside is that, of the wool batch ordered, one ball at the moment (beige color) seems thinner than the others. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the fast delivery.

No invoice, no band on the balls to know which needle to knit with and the bath number....

The color does not match the order. I asked for metallic blue and received metallic grey.

Great site, fast delivery, but low quality wool.

Beautiful wools. Fast and careful delivery. I appreciate the spirit of commitment to the planet with the reuse of old cardboard boxes. I think the 50€ for free delivery is too high.
