very fast delivery, parcel in very good condition, so I was able to start very quickly on the cardigan I wanted to knit with the red yarn, but to my great surprise, the yarn was almost broken in the ball I used...bad luck, no doubt, as I've ordered a lot before without any problems. I'll be sticking with this store though.

Reusing cardboard boxes is certainly more environmentally friendly, but a little surprising. For example, the box we received indicated that it needed to be refrigerated, which is a bit strange for balls of wool. Consumers should be informed. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the delivery time and value for money. Thank you

The prices and wools are great but I often have problems navigating the site from my smartphone...the pages don't display correctly or the site doesn't display the page I want. As I don't have this problem with other sites I browse, I've deduced that it's not due to my connection or my smartphone.
