The order by itself very good but I did not understand I ordered 10 balls of baby softs white color and I was charged 18.00 € while on the site it says a bed of 10 balls at 12 € There is like a problem!!!😈 How to do ????

After checking, you have indeed ordered 10 balls of this reference, but individually and not in a pack of 10 balls. These are 2 different product sheets on our website and stock management is not the same for the single product and the packaged product. There is therefore no error on our part.
