Apart from the unbeatable prices, the multitude of colors and the quality of your wools have got me hooked. ... my living room "atelier" glows with color. I'm not very wealthy, but my world of wool has enchanted my retirement years and made those who benefit from my "talents" (as they say) very happy!

Very nice choice of wool. but there are no labels on the balls... you have to go back to the site to get the instructions...

Indeed, on some of our destocking products, including those from Peru that you ordered, there are no individual labels for each ball 😕 We simply have the information on the packaging from our supplier. That's why we take care to renote this information on our website for you to see 😉

it's a pity that the wool balls have thread connection knots on almost all of them

Indeed, it is not normal to find "knots" in the balls. We haven't had any such feedback yet concerning the product you ordered, which is tracked by our supplier. Have you contacted us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on 03 20 51 39 98 to inform us of this defect in your balls? In order to make a complaint to our supplier, we would need the ball(s) as proof.
