For some types of wool, it is a pity that the quantity of balls required is not mentioned.

Beautiful colors and very consistent with the site. Attractive price. Unfortunately, as I've already read in previous reviews, the thread splits very regularly. In this case I prefer to pay a little more and not have this inconvenience.

I liked it, but I was a bit disappointed because there may not be enough information on the site, or at least details, about the product. Otherwise, I've had big problems with older orders, in particular a skein that wasn't properly tied, so it was impossible to use.

Very happy with my purchase. Beautiful colors. Lots of color and texture choices. The only negative point is that prices are becoming less and less attractive.

Simple, well-designed site. Fast delivery

On this order, there was a delivery error, which was quickly rectified. I sent the wrong wool back by post. Otherwise, on the history of other orders, everything was very professional and efficient.

I have received what I ordered, but there is no delivery note and the delivery charges are very high, in fact I have to pay 6 euros for a 600 gram parcel to be delivered to a relay point whereas Mondial Relay advertises on its site 4.90 euros for delivery to a relay point or to the home. My order was noted as sent on July 12, but I received it on July 25. If you want home delivery you have to pay 8 euros, I think that's excessive, you should negotiate your rates with Mondial Relay because other delivery companies charge much less.Otherwise the wool is pretty and seems to be of good quality but I don't think I'll order from your site again unless you lower your delivery charges.

Big problem. Last order from you. Wool arrived without paper tower, wrapped around the balls (3 examples) Pink color not ordered, I hate pink.......

Plenty of choice

We manage to finalize orders, but it's sometimes a bit complicated if you want to move fast.

It's hard to search the site to find exactly what you want. My mother's missing balls were hard to find.
The wool is of very good quality.
Delivery was a big black mark on my experience with the site. The order took a long time to arrive.
My first experience of ordering was bad enough, which is why I can only give it 3 stars.

I really like la lainière de Wazemmes, I find superb wools at very reasonable prices. On the other hand, you need time to order, the site is not very practical and the pages take a long time to open.

I think that as a regular customer it would be nice to benefit from a discount.

Good value for money. Good communication and fast shipping. On the other hand, for the second time I received the packages in recycled cardboard - shoe box and cardboard with Chinese writing on it. I find this unprofessional.

Fast delivery this time. Well packaged. Canada wool, always very good. The photo on the site gave an accurate impression of the color.

Easy to order, the design of the site is a bit old-fashioned but it works.

Good quality wool, nice and pretty. The only problem is that I ordered 8/9 needles and received 6/7. I don't want to bother sending it back, so I'm changing my plans. I wouldn't recommend it. I thought I'd found the right site for my orders...too bad!

Super site. Extraordinary prices. A little downside for the gift cards. Shame to have to print the gift voucher as it's not very pretty. Otherwise I recommend it.

Just a remark about the quantity of balls needed... it's often less than what you'll find on the patterns... Apart from that, nothing to say, and delivery is fast and careful!
