I'm always satisfied, my orders arrive on time, the staff are very competent and friendly, but this time I'd like to point out that Annell's Alpaca wool rubs off when I knit it, so I hope that in the wash the color will remain navy blue.

Good quality wool, nice and pretty. The only problem is that I ordered 8/9 needles and received 6/7. I don't want to bother sending it back, so I'm changing my plans. I wouldn't recommend it. I thought I'd found the right site for my orders...too bad!
