Impossible to reach them on the phone, 27 unanswered calls, 1 week to be delivered, the package was a shoe box closed with brown moving tape, no invoice, no label on the wool that allows to have the quality of wool and characteristics.

Delivery is fast, two days from order to arrival in my mailbox.
