I had ordered several balls of wool which arrived in very good condition, only the packaging was deplorable. An old shoebox, completely damaged, worn out and even with holes in places. The packaging showed a great lack of care.

However, we can assure you that the parcels are sent from our premises in very good condition (despite being reused packaging). Unfortunately, the delivery services provided by La Poste or Mondial Relay sometimes damage parcels. Fortunately, in this case, the products were not damaged. We apologize again for any inconvenience beyond our control.

Reusing cardboard boxes is certainly more environmentally friendly, but a little surprising. For example, the box we received indicated that it needed to be refrigerated, which is a bit strange for balls of wool. Consumers should be informed. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the delivery time and value for money. Thank you

The prices and wools are great but I often have problems navigating the site from my smartphone...the pages don't display correctly or the site doesn't display the page I want. As I don't have this problem with other sites I browse, I've deduced that it's not due to my connection or my smartphone.

I had problems with the delivery of this order because under the "pretext" of ecology ... (and at a high price ...) this company sends orders in recycled cartons ... The coordination between the various people in charge clearly needs to be improved, as I waited over a month for an order because someone "forgot" to let me know that one of the products I'd ordered was sold out. I had to call myself, fed up with the delay. Then there was an error about the amount of the refund. Finally, a commercial gesture was made and I thank them, but the customer treatment really needs to be reviewed.

Wool that met my expectations. However, the package was too small to fit in the letterbox. I had to take a cutter, pull out the wool...and crush the box to get it out! What's the point? You might as well pick up the package at the post office, it's more correct. Very expensive shipping costs.
