I had ordered several balls of wool which arrived in very good condition, only the packaging was deplorable. An old shoebox, completely damaged, worn out and even with holes in places. The packaging showed a great lack of care.

However, we can assure you that the parcels are sent from our premises in very good condition (despite being reused packaging). Unfortunately, the delivery services provided by La Poste or Mondial Relay sometimes damage parcels. Fortunately, in this case, the products were not damaged.
