The problem with my wool was that the colors didn't match the photos on the website. The blue was much brighter in reality and the khaki really tended more towards brown. On the other hand, I'd like to thank the wool manufacturer for her speed in finding a solution. Very efficient and kind service. I would recommend and hope to visit the store as soon as possible.

The yarn I received is not of the same quality as the one I previously had in my store. It's the same reference, but the colors don't follow the same pattern from one ball to the next, and I've never had knots like this one. Could this be a second choice?

We think we've already replied to you, if it's really you, when you sent us a similar request in a private Facebook message. And we were just pointing out that the product you're talking about is the same as the one in your previous store, because it's the same brand, the same reference and the same supplier. With this type of "multi" yarn, it's not uncommon for the balls to "not follow" each other between the end of one ball and the beginning of another, as the opposite is often the result of chance. However, as you know, the baths (batches) of balls change throughout the year depending on production, so we can't rule out the possibility of a manufacturing defect. If you believe this to be the case, there is nothing to prevent you from returning the balls designated as defective, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale. We can then offer to send you new balls, perhaps in a different bath, and above all provide our supplier with proof of the defective products.

Very good value for money and fast, careful delivery, my evaluation is missing 1 star because of a detail: the number of stitches and rows for the 10 cm2 sample does not appear on the strip of Deluxe Annel wool and on the site, it is wrong (you have to double the number of rows indicated to have 10 cm) I reported it and I think it should be corrected. These indications are necessary because the yarns are sold without explanations and knitting patterns. I recommend this site.
