The prices and wools are great but I often have problems navigating the site from my smartphone...the pages don't display correctly or the site doesn't display the page I want. As I don't have this problem with other sites I browse, I've deduced that it's not due to my connection or my smartphone.

I really like the site which gives me access to a good choice, unfortunately on my last order the blue I received did not match the comet white horse, I was expecting a darker blue, the rest is fine. Systematically writing the color would be excellent.

THE STOCKS ARE NOT UP TO DATE and you are offered a credit note but when you need a certain number of balls for a work and you are called to tell you that the number is not there, it is not a credit note that you need but a refund.

Serious site, relatively well designed for viewing wool in detail. On the other hand, shipping costs are high because of the flat rate: €8 Colissimo for 6X25 grams of wool is a bit too expensive. It would be a good idea to offer delivery to a relay point...
