On the other hand, regarding delivery costs, nowhere have we ever stated that delivery is simply unconditionally free! It's written everywhere on our website that delivery is indeed free, but only for purchases over €50 (for mainland France). We're a small business ourselves, with a physical store based in Lille, so we totally understand that you want to support local businesses. Offering delivery as we do for a company like ours entails costs that we can't offer for all order amounts, because otherwise profitability would be called into question, as you can well understand.

The problem with my wool was that the colors didn't match the photos on the website. The blue was much brighter in reality and the khaki really tended more towards brown.
