Fast shipping and good communication with the store by phone. Unfortunately 2 balls of Mariana Austermann yarn arrived with defects (worn threads, and broken inside the ball = moths or caterpillars?), this was the first time.

Very good value for money and fast, careful delivery, my evaluation is missing 1 star because of a detail: the number of stitches and rows for the 10 cm2 sample does not appear on the strip of Deluxe Annel wool and on the site, it is wrong (you have to double the number of rows indicated to have 10 cm) I reported it and I think it should be corrected. These indications are necessary because the yarns are sold without explanations and knitting patterns. I recommend this site.
