I was very disappointed with my amber necklace.

I never received these necklaces and no response from the seller either.

Stone came off after 6 months and I was told that they do not repair jewelry. No commercial proposal, I do not recommend this store at all.

The aventurine has turned into amethyst stone

I am disappointed. I ordered and paid for several rings. Only one of my rings was taken into account due to stock shortage. Yet these items were still available as I tried to validate the same order. Moreover, I did not receive a response to my email asking for explanations.

Disappointed by the very light item, photographed up close but in reality very small! I wouldn't have bought it in a store! Just the fast shipping and careful packaging in this order! It was for a birthday gift so I will have to buy another gift as I can't just give that! Best regards.

After 3 days I lost the stone from one of my earrings and I was told there is no guarantee for the loss of a stone. Honestly, it's really a scam to sell jewelry that loses its stone and not even an exchange and even less a refund. I will never order again

Defect on a stone. Incident already reported but no response from the seller!

The amber part fell off and I lost it after 2 months and the only response from the seller is that they do not do repairs! I am really disappointed.

I received the ring on time, which is very beautiful with a blue color as shown in the image. However, it is marked size 52 and I think it is size 53. I have already ordered a ring of the same brand but in size 52 which fits me well.

Shipping of the jewelry in a simple tracked letter, delivery time announced for June 3, no problem. On June 4, I check my package tracking which supposedly was delivered on May 31. I opened a complaint which was skimmed through given the inappropriate response I received, after several emails and calls, I was asked to make a complaint with the post office. Response provided by them, it’s a simple tracked letter, it was placed in the mailbox, we are not the only owners of the keys allowing access to the mailboxes, check with the sender. Response from the Amber House, we are not responsible for the poor distribution by the post office. True, but I am a customer, I paid for this bracelet and never received it, and I did not choose to receive this jewelry by simple tracked letter without a signature! The culprit is ultimately the dishonesty of the postman, but the Amber House seriously needs to reconsider its shipping method and the responses it provides to its customers. Fortunately, I went through the Maty site which compensates for the seriousness and the handling.

Following the purchase of this item, everything was as described. But only a month after receiving the item, the stone came off the jewelry. I tried to contact the seller but after a week still no news. I am very unhappy with my purchase and without a response from the seller regarding my problem, I am sure I will not order from this seller again!

The page on the item lacks information. I bought in doubt. No indication of size or chain length. Result: small medallion, short and very thin chain. Exorbitant price for the jewelry.

I am disappointed with the stone, it looks more like glitter was put in a stone, whereas in the photo it looked more like a pearly stone. And the silver ring is a bit scratched on one side. Too bad.

I wore it twice and the second time while running my hand through my hair, the opal stone (which was rather opaque white) fell off, unglued and lost.

Item arrived damaged. Moreover, the color of the stone is much lighter than in the photos.

Pretty jewel but unfortunately, one stone did not hold. The seller replaces it but the costs are at our expense!!! I will not buy here again, when an item is defective, the least one can do is to take care of it completely...

For the earrings, very disappointed... They are microscopic.. It was meant to be a gift... The actual size was not indicated and looked much larger in the picture.. Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed..
