Dear Sir, thank you for taking the time to leave us this message. All orders placed on pipeshop-saintclaude.com are quickly processed and shipped every day from Monday to Friday. In this case, your latest order registred on Saturday, May 27th, was given to the Postal services on Monday May 29th, in the morning. Whit Monday (Pentecost Monday) being a holiday in France, the delivery time of your order was indeed lengthened to an additional day. You have then received your parcel against signature under the following 48 hours to your address in France. Our team wish you a lot of pleasure smoking your new Dunhill pipe.

A special section of the site (which we have explicitly named "Pipes to personalize") indeed groups together some customizable models. Only these pipes (about 10 models) can be customized via a "text to engrave" input field on each webpage of said pipes. However, the "9 mm straight natural" pipe you chose is not part of this section. Naturally, you could not send us an inscription to engrave when placing your online order. Furthermore, our team did indeed send you a promo code by email to offer you an additional discount. As you mentioned in your message, you unfortunately could not validate this promo code on your computer. For your next purchases, do not hesitate to contact our team by phone as we can easily advise you in your choices, validate your promotional code, and record your order.
