However, once the order is placed and validated, it would be easier and more practical to be able to review the order easily by an image rather than just the purchase invoice with details. Especially when making several purchases. Which package is going to be delivered next? - a photo or direct return on the photo published on the site.

Hello and thank you for your feedback regarding these filters for pipes selected in your recent order. These Savinelli filters (famous brand of Italian pipes) are indeed made of balsa. Balsa is a lightweight and very soft wood that has the advantage of absorbing impurities (tar) as well as potential condensation inside the pipe. We recommend changing the filter every 2 or 3 pipes for maximum efficiency. If you need further advice, do not hesitate to contact us directly by email ([email protected]).

Speed of service and impeccable quality. I pay an extra €2 for delivery with signature and the package was found in my mailbox, so I 'threw' €2 out the window! I am still waiting for a credit or a commercial gesture from them.

The amount of this credit corresponds to the price difference between the Colissimo delivery 'with signature' and the 'without signature' delivery. No code is necessary, the credit will be automatically taken into account on the cart page when you are logged into your account.

The second website groups more exceptional models (most being unique pieces) as well as cigarette holders. Regarding your other remark, you are right, the Chacom pipe catalog is very vast. Not all are therefore directly visible on our site. However, if a particular model interests you, do not hesitate to contact us as we are able to offer you any pipe and that within a very short time since we are located right next to the manufacturing factories in Saint-Claude.
