Ergonomics and clarity are present. The site 'MF gifts' seems to duplicate even if it does not have the same references. Why? The Chacom Maya pipes that I had to buy on a foreign site are missing! The second website groups more exceptional models (most being unique pieces) as well as cigarette holders. Regarding your other remark, you are right, the Chacom pipe catalog is very vast. Not all are therefore directly visible on our site. However, if a particular model interests you, do not hesitate to contact us as we are able to offer you any pipe and that within a very short time since we are located right next to the manufacturing factories in Saint-Claude.

Indeed, as indicated on our website, La Poste (and more specifically Colissimo) continues to provide its services during this difficult period. The usual delay for delivery in mainland France is 48h. In the current context, Colissimo has decided to operate (at least for the moment) only 3 days a week and with reduced staff, which has naturally resulted in longer delivery times.

To clean the inside of the pipe, the Vauen 'conical' pipe cleaners (which you also purchased) are perfectly suitable. Indeed, they are thinner on one side, which makes it easier to insert them into the pipe. First, wait for your pipe to be completely cold before disassembling it. Then, you can insert the pipe cleaner into the pipe from either end. Please feel free to contact us directly by email if, despite our recommendations, you still encounter difficulties cleaning your pipe.
