Hello and thank you for this comment regarding the repair of your pipe whose broken flake needed to be replaced. The pipe artisans of Saint-Claude do their best to handle each repair in a reduced time frame. However, this delay can vary depending on the time of year and the current workload in the workshop. For these two reasons, we systematically indicate (during phone exchanges and via our website) a minimum waiting period of two months. Also, we are happy to have been able to respond to your repair request even faster than expected. Following your message, we are delighted to know that you will be able to fully enjoy your Big Ben pipe again.

Not satisfied at all. Pipe burned at the bowl and stem. Bitter and acrid after two puffs. I have been smoking pipes for 40 years!!!! So not a good sale for me.

I have over 50 pipes in use, most of them at least 30 years old. But as you know, a pipe smoker always has room for, sometimes even needs, a new pipe, if it's attractive. I visited Saint-Claude 30 years ago and bought a couple of Butz-Choquin pipes. I was looking for what they had when I came across La Pipe Rit. That's where I saw a beautiful pipe, apparently made by a local craftsman, which I simply couldn't resist. I've had it now for a week, it's perfect, and I'm carefully breaking it in. Many thanks to La Pipe Rit, who also gave me some useful advice. Bravo!
