Our team has received your pipe and was able to have it examined by several renowned craftsmen located in Saint-Claude. As stated in our general sales conditions, all our items are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. Also, after analysis, your pipe showed no defects or design flaws. Indeed, the tar accumulated inside the stem and the completely clogged filter unfortunately rendered your pipe unusable. This lack of cleaning inevitably caused the disconnection of the tenon from the stem.
