Your order (placed on 07/09 on the site www.pipe.fr) was shipped from our premises the next day, that is to say on 08/09. Naturally, since your package was handed over to the Post, we then depend on the various international carriers for its delivery. Following your email dated 15/09, our team closely followed your file so that your package would be delivered as quickly as possible. We then indeed informed you as soon as the package was about to reach you. However, you are right, we apologize for this longer delivery time than usual and will not fail to inform the concerned carrier. Moreover, we take care to offer you the shipping costs for your next order (without minimum purchase and without expiration date).
