The pipe I received broke during my first attempt to remove the stem cold. This is clearly a manufacturing problem as I have been smoking pipes for 15 years and know perfectly how to maintain them properly. Unfortunately, the company refuses to provide me with a new stem and did not offer me a refund. They told me I had to pay for a new stem at a price almost as high as the original price. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise against this site.

Our general sales conditions explicitly state that all our items come with a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. We therefore invite you to return your pipe so that our master pipers can analyze it and propose an appropriate solution. As indicated in our previous email exchange, we do not sell stems alone, as each stem is precisely adjusted to the shank of each pipe. Therefore, the creation of new custom stems is done only in our workshops in Saint-Claude. Upon receipt of your pipe, it will of course be possible to have a custom stem made. If you would like more information on repair rates, our team is of course at your complete disposal by email or phone.

I order pipes from you and for the first time I am very disappointed, the Surf pipe is so thin that it is impossible to break in properly. I have been smoking pipes for over 40 years and I smoke very slowly; the pipe is so thin that it gets very hot quickly and can only be finished by holding it by the stem; I regret my purchase.
