I am delighted with my purchase from them, they deserve a maximum rating. If I could have given 4.5 stars, I would have done it.
One improvement to suggest: the delivery service (if I remember correctly Chronopost) which does not offer a delivery time slot or delivery to a relay point. This is an important detail in my eyes to organize my day better.

After 3 weeks, the pipe bowl is pierced, the thickness of the bottom of this bowl is insignificant. For your information, this is the third time (3 pipes from you) you will surely tell me that I do not know how to smoke a pipe but fortunately I own 2 Spanish pipes that are 4 and 5 years old without any problems.
