Following this message and our previous phone conversation, we think that small acrylic chips may have been stuck in the pipe (during its manufacture in the Vauen workshops in Germany). These are certainly blocking the passage and preventing a perfect draw. Initially, you can try to pass a wire inside (or simply a pipe cleaner) to evacuate them. This should be enough to easily unclog the pipe. If you can't do it, you can of course return your pipe by La Poste so that we can take care of it quickly. Naturally, we will add a box of filters in the return package as compensation for the shipping costs you have paid.
