The wooden tip of the pipe broke at the point where the plastic tube is inserted. A piece came off. After 3 weeks of low usage (1 pack for 12 days) Customer service informs me, based on the photo, that this is not a defect. Clearly the pipe is FRAGILE then. I did not have this problem with a pipe that costs about 9 euros currently. (20 francs at the time). Not classy then.

Moreover, we recommend that you always turn the tube on itself, in the same direction, as if it were screwed onto the wooden stem. We also confirm that we can repair your pipe but that, according to your photo, it will not be covered by the warranty as it is not a defect.
