As indicated in our previous email exchange, we do not sell stems alone, as each stem is precisely adjusted to the shank of each pipe. Therefore, the creation of new custom stems is done only in our workshops in Saint-Claude. Upon receipt of your pipe, it will of course be possible to have a custom stem made.
