High shipping cost for such a product

We also obviously rely on the Postal Services for the delivery of parcels. We are sorry to learn that the Postal Services commissioned to deliver the parcel of your order did not meet your expectations. We indeed regularly ship parcels to the United States of America, and our customers are satisfied. Following our previous mail exchanges, we informed the Postal Services about that inconvenience so that it will not happen again. We are also glad to know that the pipe you ordered was not damaged during its delivery. As indicated in our previous message, you benefit from free shipping fees for your next order on our website. We wish you a pleasant smoking experience with your new french pipe.

Unfortunately, the parcel of your order was returned to us by the Belgian Postal Services. Following our mail exchanges, and because you are a long-time customer, we sent the parcel of your order one more time for free. The new shipping fees were therefore offered as compensation for the gas bottles that couldn't be delivered in Belgium. We are however glad to know that you received the parcel of your order. To remove the stem of your pipe, you first have to hold the pipe with one hand on the shank and the other on the stem, so that they are as close as possible to the junction between both parts (shank and stem). Then, you can turn the stem on itself (always in the same direction) as if it was screwed to the shank, while slightly pulling it at the same time to remove it. Please be careful to stay in the axis so as not to damage the shank and the tenon of your pipe. We also remind you that it is necessary to clean your pipe with the appropriate pipe-cleaners after each tobacco tasting. Over time, a dirty pipe will get clogged because of tar, and it will therefore be difficult to remove the stem. We stay at your disposal by mail or phone, should you require further information regarding the maintenance of your new pipe.
