Pipe purchased in January and the stem broke 3 months later. I returned the pipe thinking to take advantage of the warranty but I was told that the filter, which was changed every time, was very dirty and therefore the pipe was poorly maintained. Very unhappy, I do not recommend this site, I will not buy anything there again.

Our team has received your pipe and was able to have it examined by several renowned craftsmen located in Saint-Claude. As stated in our general sales conditions, all our items are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. Also, after analysis, your pipe showed no defects or design flaws. Indeed, the tar accumulated inside the stem and the completely clogged filter unfortunately rendered your pipe unusable. This lack of cleaning inevitably caused the disconnection of the tenon from the stem. Do not hesitate to contact our team again if you need advice on maintaining your pipes or if you want additional information.
