Very very disappointed, the straight Saint-Claude pipe I received is not the right one. The length from end to end is only 10.5 cm and the bowl is 1.09 cm. While I wanted a length of 12 cm and a bowl of 2.02 cm. I hope you will take this into account. Hoping for a response from you for a possible arrangement. The delivery time is really too long. Therefore, only a few pieces have been produced in the workshop. As indicated on our online store, it is quite normal to see differences in dimensions from one pipe to another. If this pipe does not suit you and you have not yet smoked it, it is entirely possible to return it to us for an exchange for another model. Mixed review: this is the Eole Flammée 2 pipe priced at 145 euros. While the line is elegant and conforms to the description and what I was looking for, it nevertheless has a manufacturing defect that should have disqualified it: the drilling of the pipe has damaged about 1 mm of the base of the bowl facing it. I am surprised that this escaped the verifications. This is the first time I see this type of clumsiness which nevertheless corroborates its 'unique exemplary' touted in the description.
