The whole is quite user-friendly and the pipes are well highlighted.
The advice often targets beginners, which is very good. However, more experienced pipe smokers might appreciate more in-depth articles.
I also regret that shipping is not free from a certain order amount. Others do it and it's very appreciated.

For disassembling your pipes, we advise you to ensure that your hands are positioned close to the junction between the hose and the stem, and to always turn the hose on itself in the same direction as if it were screwed. Nothing to say about the ordered pipe, excellent pipe. Delivery on time, it's perfect. However, I think that Piperit could improve its service by offering free delivery because adding ten euros for delivery when you have a cart over 200€ well let's say a commercial gesture wouldn't hurt.
Moreover, I would have ordered much more if the 3x or 4x interest-free service was offered by the site like many other sites.
So Piperit is very serious but lacks services that could lead to more sales and especially to larger average baskets..

A purchase of €350 shipping costs at the customer's expense. A return of the pipe for a defect and the costs again for the customer. The after-sales service is perfect with no problem for the exchange of the pipe. I will recommend.
