Following a delivery problem with Colissimo international, no responsiveness. I had to do the research work myself... and delivery (!). After a week and a reminder from me, the seller's only response: the Post says it is delivered. Indeed, since I took care of it myself! (Additional cost: 60€.). If the seller had bothered to take care of it in time, he would have noticed that this 'delivery' was a complete mess - tracking to support. In short, seller's responsibility not assumed: it is up to the seller to turn against the Post to get compensated, not the customer to bear costs when he is the only one not responsible at all. Morality: do not try to fix things, let the situation fester for weeks if necessary and demand a refund.

Naturally, since your package was handed over to the Post, we then depend on the various international carriers for its delivery. We then indeed informed you as soon as the package was about to reach you. However, you are right, we apologize for this longer delivery time than usual and will not fail to inform the concerned carrier. Moreover, we take care to offer you the shipping costs for your next order (without minimum purchase and without expiration date).

Some pipes come from series produced by major brands, however, you are right, most of our handcrafted products are available in very limited quantities (even one piece when it comes to unique items) and can be quickly taken. On the webpage of an item, you have the option to enter your email to be automatically alerted when it is restocked. Of course, feel free to contact us (by email or phone) as our company is located in Saint-Claude, we can offer you many models by selecting them directly from the manufacturers.
