Hello. You contacted us by email because you are having difficulty disassembling the stem of your pipe. We responded the same day we received your message to indicate how to facilitate disassembly. Not being on site, we tried to inform you without you having to return the pipe. This was to avoid shipping costs and a waste of time. As stated in our general sales conditions, all our items are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. Also, after analysis, your pipe showed no defects or design flaws. Indeed, the tar accumulated inside the stem and the completely clogged filter unfortunately rendered your pipe unusable. This lack of cleaning inevitably caused the disconnection of the tenon from the stem.
