delivery took an awful lot of time and there was no available option to upgrade to express shipping or similar. the brief interaction with the team on this topic was not really reassuring. finally the item arrived with no other issues.

After that, the delivery time depends on the carrier. Shipping to Romania usually takes a week and a half, however, the current sanitary crisis has been disrupting international deliveries worldwide. the site is excellent, but for the first time, I have a problem with the last pipe I ordered.. mouth irritation problem and bad taste to the point that I had to abandon it... could there be a new product that would explain this problem?

All are made in a traditional way by qualified artisans. We simply advise you to thoroughly clean the inside of the pipe and stem to perfectly remove tar residues after smoking as these can be the source of a bad taste.
