Then, we obviously depend on Colissimo (the postal delivery service). The usual delay for deliveries from France to Belgium is 3-4 days. Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As indicated in our previous email exchanges, this is certainly not a manufacturing defect. In Saint-Claude, our master pipe maker noted that your pipe was particularly dirty in the stem. Not having been cleaned regularly, the fluff was 'stuck' by the tars inside the stem and that is why it detached from the stem. To avoid this, we recommend using suitable cleaning tools more regularly. You will find all our tips for effectively cleaning your pipes in the 'Blog' section of the website www.pipe.fr. Also, we remain at your disposal if you need additional tips.
