I paid 18 euros to receive my order in 24 hours and I received it 5 days later. Scandalous. I also request a full refund by mail. I complained by phone to you and I did not feel the slightest diligence to satisfy me.....

very good except that a little commercial spirit wouldn't hurt and I didn't find any! had to buy a second pipe because the first one was not to my liking (due to a lack of information on the site), I didn't get the slightest little commercial gesture for my second purchase! too bad!
