I order things early nov and get them around 10 dec coz they did not say they could send gaz for lighters abroad and they not refund that money also

Like for the previous orders placed on our website, we have taken care to send your order as quickly as possible after validation of your payment by wire transfer. We also obviously rely on the Postal Services for the delivery of the parcel of your order. As specified on our Internet website, gas bottles can only be shipped in mainland France. Unfortunately, the parcel of your order was returned to us by the Belgian Postal Services. Following our mail exchanges, and because you are a long-time customer, we sent the parcel of your order one more time for free. The new shipping fees were therefore offered as compensation for the gas bottles that couldn't be delivered in Belgium. We are however glad to know that you received the parcel of your order. Our team is at your disposal by mail or by phone should you require further information for your next order.
