Once you have created your account and entered an address, prices are automatically displayed without taxes if that address is non-EU. Regarding shipping to the Ukraine, the cost is 22€. A very big disappointment: impossible to remove the flake from the stem, whether the pipe is cold or hot. Using pliers is necessary and requires significant effort. Obviously, this pipe has passed through quality control. The response obtained from customer service is unequivocal: 'figure it out, lubricate, sand'. It's really incredible and disappointing. I have been smoking a pipe for over 40 years and it was a mistake to make this purchase (which just landed in the trash) on this site that deserves negative publicity.

Hello. You contacted us by email because you are having difficulty disassembling the stem of your pipe. We responded the same day we received your message to indicate how to facilitate disassembly. Not being on site, we tried to inform you without you having to return the pipe. This was to avoid shipping costs and a waste of time. Of course, if you do not wish to follow our instructions and do the necessary work yourself, you can return the pipe to us.

To be honest, I haven't really consulted it in detail, already knowing what I wanted. But I find the categorization well done and there are more than enough items. Of course, being an unconditional fan of Churchwarden pipes, I would like to see a larger selection. I am particularly looking for a pipe of the Ideal 4 type but with an even longer tip (come on, let's be crazy, why not 35cm in total length) and with more bending varieties. Furthermore, a pipe with a bowl of even larger diameter would interest me, without increasing the depth.

Those who claim that corn pipes do not last are mistaken!! For my part, I cut a small slice from a drumstick lol that I put at the bottom of the bowl... Believe me, the stem gives out before the pipe and I would add to visit some American sites, especially one of a certain John Keller who customizes corn pipes... It's breathtaking, best regards

Pipe purchased in January and the stem broke 3 months later. I returned the pipe thinking to take advantage of the warranty but I was told that the filter, which was changed every time, was very dirty and therefore the pipe was poorly maintained. Very unhappy, I do not recommend this site, I will not buy anything there again.

As stated in our general sales conditions, all our items are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. Also, after analysis, your pipe showed no defects or design flaws. Indeed, the tar accumulated inside the stem and the completely clogged filter unfortunately rendered your pipe unusable. This lack of cleaning inevitably caused the disconnection of the tenon from the stem. Everything is okay for my last order (Dunhill tobacco joke). However, I have some remarks to make about my previous order (walnut tobacco jar D2301). 1. The brief user manual is only in English. 2. Using the jar is not very simple as you have to take the tobacco out of the jar to add demineralized water. Otherwise, the jar is superb.
