From that moment on, your package was handed over to La Poste for delivery. Unfortunately, the investigation conducted by the delivery services concluded that this package was lost. Following this message and our previous phone conversation, we think that small acrylic chips may have been stuck in the pipe (during its manufacture in the Vauen workshops in Germany). These are certainly blocking the passage and preventing a perfect draw. Initially, you can try to pass a wire inside (or simply a pipe cleaner) to evacuate them. This should be enough to easily unclog the pipe. If you can't do it, you can of course return your pipe by La Poste so that we can take care of it quickly. Naturally, we will add a box of filters in the return package as compensation for the shipping costs you have paid. As mentioned during our previous exchanges and as indicated on our website, the pipes equipped with the Terminus system are old creations of artisanal manufacture. Their double drilling design is very particular. They are pleasant to smoke but also require more maintenance than classic pipes. To keep your pipe clean and smooth to smoke, it is imperative to use pipe cleaners after each use. If necessary, do not hesitate to use several pipe cleaners to completely remove all tar deposits.
