Impeccable site, good product, delivery made on the promised date ...

The filters I ordered do not fit my 2 pipes: not knowing there were several filter sizes, I cannot use them. Otherwise, the order was received very quickly.

For this last order of two pipes, I had requested that it be delivered starting from August 15, being abroad until that date. Small 'administrative hiccup'. My order was sent by post, but not delivered.

I like it and the best for me was the speed of shipping.

Having knowledge of Falcon pipes, I easily found their presence on the site and once the order was placed, the delivery arrived quickly. I appreciate this brand with a look similar to that of the Jima brand from the 60s. They are light, pleasant to smoke, a real pleasure, and their interchangeable bowl is an excellent thing, to be cleaned however with caution so as not to damage the wood, when unscrewing and rescrewing, as well as in handling with a pipe cleaner.

If I could have, I would have given 0. I ordered a pipe that I received cracked. I informed them the first time there were still some of these pipes in stock. They told me they didn't see the problem, I had to send them photos highlighting the issue. They asked me to send it back without providing a return slip, I also had to ask them what they eventually provided.
And when they confirmed that the pipe indeed had a problem, they told me they no longer had it in stock (they neither had the presence of mind nor the professionalism to set one aside as soon as they realized by email that the pipe had an irreparable defect) and offered me three other products that had absolutely nothing to do with the aesthetics. In short, total nonsense, it's pointless to advertise saying that a good pipe smoker orders from La Pipe Rit, a good pipe smoker is primarily looking for professionals, which is not their case.

Simple and effective!

The site is well designed, it is full of great and easy-to-understand advice and tutorials for beginners. It's almost as good as it was 25 years ago when there were still specialized tobacco shops for pipes and related accessories. A specialist, advice and explanations, choice and fair prices. Plus, they deliver all over France.

Everything went very well. No issues.

Don't change anything, it's very good as it is. Maintaining is also progressing.
