However, once the order is placed and validated, it would be easier and more practical to be able to review the order easily by an image rather than just the purchase invoice with details. Especially when making several purchases. Which package is going to be delivered next? - a photo or direct return on the photo published on the site.

Speed of service and impeccable quality. I pay an extra €2 for delivery with signature and the package was found in my mailbox, so I 'threw' €2 out the window! I am still waiting for a credit or a commercial gesture from them.

Hello and thank you for your feedback regarding the delivery of your package. As agreed during our phone conversation on 30/04, a credit was issued on the same day. The amount of this credit corresponds to the price difference between the Colissimo delivery 'with signature' and the 'without signature' delivery. No code is necessary, the credit will be automatically taken into account on the cart page when you are logged into your account.
