The wooden tip of the pipe broke at the point where the plastic tube is inserted. A piece came off. After 3 weeks of low usage (1 pack for 12 days) Customer service informs me, based on the photo, that this is not a defect. Clearly the pipe is FRAGILE then. I did not have this problem with a pipe that costs about 9 euros currently. (20 francs at the time). Not classy then.

As indicated during our exchanges by email, you must absolutely wait for your pipes to be completely cold before disassembling them. Moreover, we recommend that you always turn the tube on itself, in the same direction, as if it were screwed onto the wooden stem. We also confirm that we can repair your pipe but that, according to your photo, it will not be covered by the warranty as it is not a defect.

According to the Colissimo tracking, which we will immediately forward to you by email, your package could not be presented on 23/09/19 due to your absence at the time of delivery. Moreover, the 48-hour delay is, as indicated on our website, valid for delivery in mainland France. We obviously depend on the carriers. In the case of delivery to Switzerland, customs clearance of the package can naturally extend this delay.
