I wanted to order a pipe and a pipe tool from Pipe Rit, living in French Polynesia I am subject to significant customs fees for any amount (shipping costs included) exceeding 170 euros. The order I wanted to make exceeded this amount, so I contacted customer service after a first terse response, they agreed to make a discount, but the email was not very clear regarding the terms of this discount, so I placed my order and sent them my order number thinking they would apply the discount. I heard nothing from them until I received my order with customs fees of 37 euros. After contacting their customer service again to express my dissatisfaction, the person replied very curtly that there was nothing to be done and that it was not her responsibility apparently.
Therefore, I would not recommend ordering online from this site.

We also remind you that for any delivery to French Polynesia, the amounts indicated on our site are automatically calculated excluding tax. In addition, customs fees may be applied upon receipt of the package in accordance with the law. Once your order is shipped, we unfortunately do not have the ability to act at this level.

Hello. Indeed, there was an error on the product sheet of this Butz-Choquin pipe. We have modified it so that the indicated characteristics are accurate. In this case, it was noted as 'acrylic' instead of 'ebonite'.
