We therefore invite you to return your pipe so that our master pipers can analyze it and propose an appropriate solution. As indicated in our previous email exchange, we do not sell stems alone, as each stem is precisely adjusted to the shank of each pipe. Therefore, the creation of new custom stems is done only in our workshops in Saint-Claude. Upon receipt of your pipe, it will of course be possible to have a custom stem made. If you would like more information on repair rates, our team is of course at your complete disposal by email or phone.

We explained the repair options to you, but you indeed chose to refuse this solution. Consequently, and in accordance with your request, our team took care to return your pipe to you free of charge via a Colissimo shipment.
