I am not satisfied, the pipe was slightly damaged upon arrival, customer service does not offer to return and exchange it, but the shipping costs are at my expense.

Impeccable choice, response to a question at customer service in an hour, impeccable products.
But delivery was a mess, because Colissimo transfers packages destined for Belgium to DPD, the worst service imaginable: false delivery notices, torn label to claim that the address is unknown, etc.
But this delivery issue has nothing to do with pipe.fr, my best choice for any pipe purchase or advice about pipes.

Some pipes come from series produced by major brands, however you are right, most of our handcrafted products are available in very limited quantities (even one piece when it comes to unique items) and can be quickly taken. On the webpage of an item, you have the option to enter your email to be automatically alerted when it is restocked. Of course, feel free to contact us (by email or phone) as our company is located in Saint-Claude, we can offer you many models by selecting them directly from the manufacturers.
