A machining problem on a pipe that was very quickly resolved with a phone call, with an exchange that was done by mail shortly after: very good customer service. I temper to four stars and not five because the return shipping costs of the defective pipe were at my expense, apart from that excellent pipe house that I recommend.

Hello, I am very happy with my Dublin pipe. Very beautiful pipe, pleasant to smoke, the bowl is very large which allows for longer smoking. I love the design of this pipe, your master pipemaker did an excellent job, it's a beautiful success!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback following your purchase in our store. The Saint-Claude pipe you chose is equipped with a classic metal filter. This has the advantage of being adjustable. If necessary, you can slightly spread the two legs so that the filter fits best in the bowl of your pipe. By doing this, the filter will perfectly match the diameter of the drilling and will hold well in place in the stem of your pipe. Do not hesitate to contact our team by email or phone if you need additional information or details about pipe filters.

I ordered a pipe made by Pierre Morel.
The shop has an amazing collection of pipes, that you cannot find elsewhere, in the U.K. or Denmark. Price is good too.
When you order online from abroad, the package will be handed over to a local courier who then will contact you for clearing customs.
I spoke to Claire at the shop about it, and she was very nice and reassuring about the whole process. She’s also very knowledgeable and advised me on some pipes that I will probably add to my collection.
I cannot wait to go on-site and visit the shop. Thank you Team for your kind assistance,
I definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to have access to rare artisan high quality pipes. Further, it feels great to support a loca family owned shop who lives their passion of pipe making to the fullest!
